The Statewide TSMO Master Plan is intended to guide SCDOT and statewide transportation system stakeholders through the deployment of TSMO strategies, projects, and programs. SC Carbon Reduction Strategy
The SC Carbon Reduction Strategy (CRS) satisfies the federal requirement to develop a plan to reduce carbon emissions produced by the transportation sector. The CRS must be updated every four years.
